Throughout its professional history, Kafaa International for Administrative and Development Consulting has completed more than 500 consulting, development, and training projects across various governorates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, as well as in a number of Arab and foreign countries, including: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iraq, Oman, Libya, Syria, Yemen, Sudan, South Africa, Turkey, and Malaysia.
The company has cooperated in implementing these projects with prestigious international, regional, and national institutions, such as: Islamic Relief Worldwide, Mercy Corps, Save the Children, UNDP, GIZ, USAID, UNFPA, in addition to active national associations and government institutions in Jordan and the region.

The company implemented the final evaluation of the project, focusing on measuring the overall impact of interventions on livelihoods, protection, and enhancing self-reliance for refugees and host communities. It also analyzed the level of achievement of project objectives, extracted lessons learned, and provided evidence-based recommendations to support decision-making and improve the effectiveness and sustainability of future interventions.

The company conducted a comprehensive evaluation focusing on measuring the physical and psychological health impact of basic health services. It identified key challenges affecting service delivery quality and provided practical recommendations to enhance quality, accessibility, and effectiveness of health services, supporting sustainable positive outcomes for beneficiaries.
2023 | Mercy Corps – Jordan
Kafaa International conducted a comprehensive labor market study in Northern Jordan, targeting host communities and Syrian refugees. It focused on employment dynamics in the food processing sector, mapping SMEs, and analyzing challenges facing women-led home-based businesses in integrating into local and export value chains, with practical recommendations for market-based interventions.
2022 | Islamic Relief Worldwide – Jordan
The company led a market systems analysis in several sectors (agriculture, textile, and services) to identify inclusive livelihood opportunities, focusing on integrating Syrian refugee women and youth. The study adopted the ILO's AIMS methodology and was based on in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with stakeholders.
2021 | GIZ – Jordan
The company implemented a local economic development study to assess market demand and employment potential in less fortunate governorates. This included diagnosing value chains in agro-forestry and handicrafts, conducting in-depth interviews with cooperatives and small businesses, and designing region-specific intervention plans.

The company implemented the project impact evaluation according to DAC criteria. The evaluation aimed to measure success and challenges, determine final values for outcome indicators, and extract lessons learned to support future program development.

The company conducted a comprehensive analysis of the association's institutional and programmatic capacities, covering governance, strategic planning, financial management, and program implementation, preparing a customized SMART capacity building plan with practical recommendations, timelines, and financial estimates.
